DentoKeep
Dental practice management that brings patients back.

The brief
Solo and multi-doctor dental clinics run on paper notes, a diary and memory. The patients who quietly stop coming are never chased — and that lapsed list is usually the largest block of recoverable revenue a practice has sitting in its own records.
What we built
- Patient records, treatment plans and session history
- Appointments calendar and a clinic dashboard covering workload, revenue and balances
- Recall reminders that surface patients who have gone quiet
- Dental chart, e-prescriptions and lab orders
- Multi-doctor workspaces, in the schema from the start rather than retrofitted
The hard part
The X-ray read. Integrating with imaging hardware is what normally keeps new software out of a surgery — every sensor has its own driver, its own cable, its own vendor. DentoKeep sidesteps it entirely: a clinician photographs the X-ray on a phone, and the model marks its findings onto the image and writes them into the treatment record. No hardware integration, no procurement conversation, nothing to install.
Localisation was a product decision rather than a translation pass — rupee pricing, WhatsApp as the reminder channel, and multi-doctor support designed in from the first schema.
